Session Booking: clients may book a session either through this website or by contacting us at info@sanctuaryclinics.my or +601126754686

Cancellation
Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel their session booking up to 24 hours before their session without penalty. Any cancellation made within 24 hours before the session will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: If cancellation occurs within 24 hours before session, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total session cost will be charged.

Non-Refundable Services: All psychotherapy sessions purchased are strictly non- refundable and non-deferrable.

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as bank transfers, DuitNow QRPay, Visa, MasterCard or senangPay webstore.Â
