Shelina is a Clinical Psychologist experienced in working with individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. She works with both adolescents and adults and also has a background in Psychological First Aid (PFA) training. Shelina believes in creating a safe and supportive space where clients can share openly, feel deeply, and process their experiences without fear of judgment. She views therapy as a collaborative journey that helps clients explore their inner world, make sense of their experiences, and develop the tools needed for emotional balance, resilience, and personal growth.
