Deeva Darshini is a registered counsellor and lecturer based in Kampar, Perak, with over four years of experience in the counselling and academic fields. She specialises in working with adolescents, university students, and adults, providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
Her areas of interest include relationship issues, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, attachment concerns, and emotional regulation. Deeva adopts an evidence-based and client-centred approach, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centred Therapy to help clients navigate challenges and build resilience.
In addition to her counselling practice, she is actively involved in teaching and research, with a particular interest in relationships, social support, and LGBTQ-related studies.
